Order Never Received and Money Not Refunded

I placed an order and never received it and then they have the nerves to tell me wait another hour... My money was never given back to me so basically they stole my money. And I'm planning on reporting it to the police today because I don't think it's right what they are doing. Ps the workers are just horrible will never order from there again
