They are nice until moving day. Do not use them they are a scam! And will damage your new place and your belongings and will not give you any restitution!
Just a couple of the problems we had... The movers had to reminded over and over not to bang our items against the walls and doors. I found them using a 200 year old piece of my furniture to set the boxes down and off their back.
We had SEVERAL FURNITURE ITMES DAMAGED by the movers. I called them and they were very nice and said they would come out and take an estimate. When they showed up, they tried to blame us for the damage. They ripped a piece of our solid oak dining room table off. I meaned ripped because the piece was nailed in and I do not mean finishing nails.
Then they said the only way to repair this was to break an indentical piece of the table off so they could take it to their furniture repair person to copy. Yes they told us to break our furniture in order to fix the piece they broke.
When they didn't want to talk about it anymore/try to work something out, they got VERY VERY NASTY AND CONTINUED until my husband asked them to leave. So we were left with damaged furniture.
WARNING WARNING... They will come across as super nice but once they have you money and furniture all bets are off. PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FRUSTATION AND RUING OF YOUR BELONGS AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE...
Do not use them!!! I have moved more than once and they are horrible... A scam... Do not use them! Your furniure will be damaged!!!
