Towne Park Valet Service
Inappropriate Valet Parking Charge

I was charged a Valet Parking fee at a recent stay the Hilton Hotel Concord, CA. I did not even have a car to park so a valet fee would not be possible. The Hilton indicates there is nothing they can do as they utilize Towne Park as their valet service and it is what it is. Lot's of argument over the phone with both Hilton and Towne to remove the charge. They will not budge at this time. They say they will go to a video to prove, I am confident that the video will show that I did not have a car. Smells like some sort of fraud.
