On December 31 we examined In To The Serrano Hotel near Union Square and place our vehicle in a storage through their valet parking assistance. Their valets sideswiped many parking obstacles and triggered $1200 of harm to the vehicle. The resort declined to consider any obligation for that harm, stating the state needed to be created through the valet company, named ProPark. Professional Park refused the state, stating we're able to have broken the vehicle ourselves. Equally Professional Playground and Kimpton Hotels, to which we appealed, have zero responsibility due to their solutions. We'd been solely Kimpton Hotel consumers since 2003 and, in Bay Area, solely Serrano Hotel clients. Resort guests beware — don't allow valet companies park your vehicle. Neither the resort or the support need any obligation for harm they trigger. And all that client commitment that Kimpton Hotels statements within their advertising and marketing is just a bunch of lies. They might not care less.
