First i lost over 10 channels for a month because of a "contract disput" i did not recieve compensation for this in my "contract" i payed for those channels and anytime a black cloud is over the house i lose tv right now as i speak it is the 3 time this week. I had direct tv 10 years ago and now i remember why i left them. For the extra 20 bucks a month cable is much better and it never goes out.
