At the start of I requested the entire DVD group of Murphy Brown. I had beennot ready to see them till about 2 weeks before. The very first 2 disks performed ok, even though display quality was bad. The remainder didn't perform whatsoever. I actually inserted them in my own pc a person support recommendation along with a notice got on the display "empty disk placed." I've approached Rene Sadler in customer support many times about that issue, and he or she assured me anything could be completed to solve this problem to my pleasure. I've not noticed something more for just two months. I've requested additional disks from others since that time plus they all perform good on my gear. If it were only one disk, I'dnot be so annoyed;but I performed over $100.00 for this collection plus they are useless. I really hope you are able to intercede for me personally for this organization which I will be repaid for this purchase. Thanks. Helen Myers
