Fraudulent Charges

My spouse and that I had our home available on the market for 15 weeks. We eventually got an offer and offered it. I approached DirecTV 14 days before we shifted to cancel and tell them we were shifting to some area where we could not have satellite support and we had a need to stop. I never obtained the container to come back the recipient and approached them again. The broker explained to register for that moveris bundle. I discussed that people could not have satellite support at our new home and he simply went off how which was illegitimate which I ought to prosecute my landlord, etc. I told him I had been not thinking about getting my new landlord to courtroom 7 days after moving-in - or actually for instance. This broker wouldn't take my demands and extended to try and drive fresh deals on me. Then he stated I'd need to spend an earlier termination charge until a found the brand new spot to confirm that people could not have support.

Meanwhile, I updated my bill info and eliminated my charge card from my DTV consideration document.

The following week, an individual arrived TO SET UP NEW SUPPORT. I declined and he left. Because that evening (a week ago), DTV has named my home 12 times. Additionally they charged my charge card $280 for that fresh MOVER'S BUNDLE despite the fact that:

1) used to do not need something mounted

2) I'd formerly eliminated my CC from my bill.

Though I loved their development, the corporation is TERRIBLE. Their customer service isn't customer support. It's self-service plus they merely won't pay attention to the client.

Never again dtv. Never again.
