I requested a DVD collection from DVD Happiness which was marketed as "completely remastered" and confirmed official-looking treasure/DVD instances on the web site. I obtained DVDs which were recorded from tv and several wouldn't perform. After I reported I had been informed the collection could be changed once they discovered a merchant. Then I noticed nothing to get a month. I really could not look for a phone number for them-so needed to maintain sending emails to customer support. Then I had been informed that it had been no official launch which the very best they might do was reimbursement $30 (roughly 1/3 of price) or I really could return them to get a complete refund less delivery. I sent back again to observe how much transport expenses could be and again have noticed nothing from their website. Their site remains to market this DVD collection and claims that their objective is 100% customer satisfication, which is really a chuckle. Buyer beware.
