This was an on going problem since 2010 until i just got fed up and told them that if they didnt fix problem i was not going to pay another bill. Well they cut services off. My DVR reciever wouldnt work right about three Techs came out and said that it wasnt recieving right but when they reported it to Directv they said that they fixed the problem witch lasted for a day or two days had insurance and all i was asking was for the services that i was paying for each time they said they had fixed the problem but they really didnt the reciever was a recondition one and they didnt want to replace it i sent it back. Every day it like were are having a storm here where it goes out. Now they have turned me over to collection agency for 211.00 dollars which i shouldnt owe them they were the one who didnt keep there part of the bargings. My contract was over at that time so no early termanation fee should apply and i was paying 83dollars and some cents each month. I think i have been rip off and now being charge for it
