I obtained an order of CDs in instances which were ALL damaged. I've had SIMPLY NO assistance from Renee (in my opinion Ms Renee Lonchana), who today declines, after repetitive demands, to place me touching Administration. I obtained the CDs in 2 x separate deliveries... All jewel cases were broken - the rotates for that spines broken, the "fingertips" keeping the CDs in position ALL broken, damaged housing, and also the art quality terrible. Like a bargain, I requested just for 50 more treasure cases - no positions, no CDs, only 50 UNBROKEN jewel cases using the back-cover and backbone art in position - and so I may move the CDs and inserts in the damaged cases to the brand new unbroken cases. It was not really adequate for Renee, a
Nd today she's ignoring my emails. I'm a Visitor Enterainer on the Cruiseship which is extremely difficult to get hold of them by telephone. Our Organization won't let me market the CDsdue towards the low quality and damaged instances... The Disc simply drops from the situation when it's exposed.
It's no use calling Renee anymore as she currently will not reply my emails I've delivered them pictures of all of the broken instances, but nonetheless she will not place me touching Administration. It's been an overall total headache from the beginning. Its not only the countless bucks I taken care of the CDs... It's the large lack of revenue today when I have none to market onboard the vessel.
