Beware of (regina renee meredith) And she's been ripping people off And she rents to people and people start living their and act's nice at first and when people pay rent their she have them pay one set rent then she changes. And she pockets the tenants money and she's been doing this since 2008. And she's been doing things in the court house and going through peoples cases and acting like its ok, To change peoples information and nobody see's she waits until everyone is gone. And its really getting illegal.
