Purchased a DVD collection from their website. About a minute of 1 DVD was readable, missed all around the location. Attempted in 4 individual dvd players. Horrible quality. Months of fighting to get a reimbursement proved ineffective. They don't speak Language, so when supplying a reimbursement, they provide to pay 10-15% of one's cost, and not state where you can return the merchandise. I had been also provided a brand new box-set, without returning the very first purchase. I needed a return. No dice. Therefore annoying to cope with these folks. Definitely a fraud.
