The cable services by Virgin are poor and Directive they are not prepared to listen to customer suggestions or complaints of their service. Their system is directive (By use of Drop Down categories) and they are only interested in selling their product. They have Offshore telephone service and encourage customers to phone their 150 number (an enclosed system) You cannot do this if the phone is not working and to call on a mobile costs a fortune because of their queueing system
