I'd prefer to stop my membership with KyLin Television. I've named their support many times to set up for return of the modem, that will be in excellent form. Despite the fact that I pick the choice to consult with somebody in Language, I keep obtaining a consultant who promises they CAn't support me simply because they don'y speak English. They inform me to depart several and somebody who does speak Language will-call me in 24 hours.
After calling many times and making my amount every time, I've never obtained a call-back from KyLin Television.
