On 8/27, I named Kylin about that issue plus they accepted that there's an interior payment concern that incorrectly didn't cost the final $33.98 bill which triggered the issue. Kylin could cost $33.98 once they test it again. On 8/28, I named Kylin again to check on when the last cost went well. They recognized they did get the cost. Nevertheless when I requested them to displace any harm to my credit ratings, and ensure that my credit rating will not be destroyed by this mistake due to Kylin, they declined to do this. It's rediculus to get a business to instantly immediate defeated cost to collection company without attempting to contact its client first! It's also rediculus to get a business to decline a to its client that they can attempt to recover the harm due to their particular problem.
