Customer Service agent "Tammy" answered my call and as usual was about a rude as anyone I've ever spoke to in CS. At one point "Tammy" said to me - DIRECT QUOTE: "don't you remember if you sent a check... What's WRONG with YOU???"
Unbelievable. When I called her on it and stated you are being abusive and rude she said "no i'm not and you are crazy"...
I demand an apology from TW - resolution of my issue and a formal call back from a manager. Tammy needs to be instructed on what Rude is and exactly how to treat your LONG TIME PAYING customers! Outrageous!
