We took benefit of the automated cost choice AND NOT obtained a statement from their store to get a year — not within the mail, not through e-mail, not really plainly recognized on our bank record (they do not place their company title, just an address). While named, we were informed to provide a contact. We did BUT STILL no statement. Meanwhile, they lifted prices and billed for providers we never decided to (or obtained).
