Charged for a satellite receiver Dish already received

Please find below the criticism I submitted using the Federal Trade Commission, in addition to using the Better Business Office.in November my recipient was smoking and quit functioning. I required an updated design as an alternative, one which might be documenting a course while in the same time viewing another. A month later the recipient came, after communications with Dish Network every 5-7 times request where the recipient was in-transit. It had been designed to get to significantly less than 10 times. No tv during this period. Once the recipient came, a month later, it had been not the required improved design, however the same model we'd that no further worked. Didn’t wish to wait any more for tv, ended Dish Network. Dish Network delivered a prepaid UPS container to come back their recipient and meal primary components for them.

Delivered the brand new, never linked recipient and meal operating components to Dish Network, in Dish Network supplied container, that they (Echostar, 1285 Joe Fight Blvd, Suite A, El Paso TX 79936) obtained on 12/18/07 @ 12:00 P.M., per advantages paperwork.

First, Dish Network charged my Credit card for that recipient, that they obtained. I questioned the cost to my charge card and, with provided paperwork from myself and advantages, my charge card organization (US Bank) decided Dish Network had obtained their gear and I owed nothing. I submitted these details to Dish Network. I've obtained a $200.00 bill each month since that time. Every month I contact Dish Network, examine the problem having a boss of some kind (Melissa LVP and Jane Q33 were the final two I recorded), and am informed that I'm right, that I owe nothing and my bill is removed. I, all over again, obtained a statement on 7/8/08. I named Dish Network and was informed that Corporate had examined my consideration and since I have didn't return the recipient I owed them $200. I had been informed there is nothing I really could do about that statement, nobody to document a or examine the problem with at Dish Network, which I'd a range of spending the $200, processing a using the Better Business Office, or employing a lawyer. After I visited the neighborhood UPS Shop, from wherever I delivered the recipient in November of I had been informed that store has noticed several grievances from former Dish Network clients about that very problem – being charged of not returning gear that's certainly been delivered, which I had been fortunate I'd preserved my tracking number. I've the following range/bill and also the paperwork from advantages that Dish Network/Echostar did actually get the recipient.

I will not need togo through this regular nuisance to pay for a statement I don't owe, almost 7 weeks once you received your gear.
