I've been a faithful client of Atmosphere Angel for several years. Despite the fact that the IPTV structure is annoying along with a discomfort because of regular loading, I've suffered the problems. They informed us within the Drop of 2011 they were altering the set top containers, that have been said to be an excellent development. I paid $170 for 2 of these and waited a few months in order for them to appear. Once they arrived in, the containers couldn't be triggered online based on the closed instructions, and so I needed to contact and become on-hold to get a lengthy period. They recommended they understood the on line directions would not work. (Why did not they reveal?) However, I got the brand new collection containers triggered and changed the previous versions. There have been no new functions towards the fresh container - just the distant appeared more easy to use.
Later, I attempted to report a display onto my DVD recorder and abruptly got a mistake message stating, "the program isn't permitted to be documented." I tried every route and got exactly the same concept! I approached SkyAngel via mail and got an answer that saving exhibits wasn't PERMITTED! I named customer support and was informed the same - NOTHING could be documented (despite the fact that there is not a problem saving before)!!! They'd not really let me modify back again to the previous container I'd changed
I'm really annoyed and furious about that! There is SIMPLY NO PRIOR CAUTION this helpful, essential, and beneficial function could be abruptly stripped away. Actually, you will get DVRs from different companies with the objective of saving exhibits.
NO ADDITIONAL Television support prohibits you from documenting something! It's definitely incorrect to get this done to clients!
