I've attempted many times to achieve somebody in customer support with the capacity of making the decision about my consideration and every time have now been informed that administrators are 'off the ground'. It has occurred 3 times today. Every time I'm informed that somebody will-call me back which hasn't OCCURRED. This is actually the TOUGHEST customer support I've actually obtained, the brokers have now been RUDE and UNFAVORABLE, and there's been no quality towards the issue. Comcast is bad at customer support!!!
