Price increase without my knowedge

Supervisor of records,

For just one shipped DVD, I believed stayed at $9:00. This monthis charge card documented $16.94. When I recognized the current change for unlimited DVDs by email didn't upsurge in price. I don't need "loading". I simply wish to hire ONE DVD at the same time. While I return a DVD, I Will get a different one from my line.

Please respond ASAP.
