I called primary Television to remove the support in November plus they stated they'll get it done. Then I acquired costs for January. After I named they advised that used to do not remain on the telephone to possess them link me to remove department.

I was never informed that I ought to delay after I named them in December. Had they told me that I ought to delay, I ought to have waited.

Now they state that is their process which was never told me before today.
