Att U-verse has been a nightmare on Elm street from day one.
First the tech came into our home and said again it would take up to 4hrs, try 5hours a very stomy Ga. Night. Also, said that we had to pay for each box and installation, this was never dissuse with us on the phone with ATT rep. I told the tech to leave, that wasnt the deal, he then called a superv in Jacksonville to waive the fee.
Next day no service, no phone no cabel, no internet. Then I tried to pay my cell phone bill from my cell phone it says zero balance, I went into the ATT store and they told me I was bundled, What. The store clerk said you entered the dark side... Well when my old phone bill and my cell bill and uverse all come due it was over 849.00.. As of today I have made 56 phone calls and still every day some times the stuff works but most days its down. Also, this week I got a letter and calls from a collection agency. I'm done... With this. Yesterday, they came out and we have sevice, for now.
I will be calling to get this monster out of my home. Also, lack of upper managment help they are great to pass the call amonge the same Oh I'm so sorry people. This has been going on sice May, I have a home based business and its been bad bad bad.
