DIRECTV (DTV): I activated for directv w/d these were supplying a bundle for $34.99 / mth for just one year. Although DTV repetition was adding receiver we observed the image wasn't obvious and had a need to alter the recipient. I named as the specialist was still below and talked to many repetitions for approximately 3 hours. (DTV promotes you've twenty four hours to alter or cancell support t/o fee). It was actually three minutes! I requested to alter for HD radio and change plan in the unique $29.99 pckg to $34.99 pckg. They did so but billed me $142 rather than the $34.99 as marketed (they state w/d I had been a customer for three minutes using the $29 pckg!!! And wasn't eligible for obtain $34 pckg). I for that next 3 times I talked to a lot of, many sales representatives to get a whole of approximately 14 hours - to no handle. Some were nice - but simply handed me along. Several, many repetitions were really rude. I've never in my own life been so discouraged. This really is an neglect, robbery and deceptive marketing and guidelines. I actually donot understand what to complete. They've charged me $142.25 for that first month and $75 for that next month. I can't afford this. I'm dealing with a very hard period and just registered towards the present w/d it had been $34/mth. Your building doesn't have wire and each apt should supply their particular support. Please, please help me. DTV stated easily hold support I've to carry on spending!!! Just how can they escape with this particular??? Please support me - I can't afford this. Additionally, they delivered me 2 devices in problem - I delivered one, covered never exposed using the initial DTV recording. DTV delivered the container watts publishing on the exterior that the wire was lacking!!! It was NEVER exposed! Additionally, I actually donot understand why, but I actually donot have access DTV support by Friday! Just how can these corp misuse customers thus shamelessly?

I really donot need something related to DIRECTV - they are able to return my cash, and gather their recipient.

Customers must be made conscious of DTV techniques.
