I have been a Direct TV subscriber for 11 years. I also subscribe to Comcast. Togeter I was able to get all the European Soccer games.
Recently, Comcast started handling 100% of the games so I called to cancell Direct TV.
I was told nothing about the $80 cancellation fee that showed up on my closing statement.
When I called, they said it was because I upgraded to HDTV less than 2 years ago.
Why did the person I spoke to when requesting the cancellation not explain the detals?
Let the buyer beware! OK, you screwed me; you tricked me because I didn't ask the right questions. I just won't deal with Direct TV again.
