I've a criticism about Comcast as well as their assortment of costs which should not be. I'm confident I'm not alone who's struck with one of these costs, as well as believe that lots of people don’t recognize this. Last month I'd a shut off from Comcast, since I had been unable to get all my expenses settled (who's?). The disconnect notice stated I'd be billed a $5.00 reactivation charge for every of my providers (Wire, Telephone, Web) which are shut off or even compensated. I named them, created fee plans by creating a charge card cost subsequently (12/31/10) along with a post dated look for the remainder (1/15) having a $4.00 charge to make this agreement. The check removed, and that I believed anything was okay, till I acquired my statement and discovered they nevertheless charged the $15.00.

What burns me probably the most, is the fact that Comcast is incorporating this extra cost to individuals who, in a shut off scenario, clearly can’t manage it anyhow – us lower-class. I simply began functioning again after 26 weeks of layoff, and am looking to get previous expenses swept up. If there is somebody apart from Comcast I really could employ, I'd change as a result of this – but there isn’t, and so I can’t. I'm caught spending their “illegally motivated” costs.
