They told me one price and I got a higher price

Fresh custom under a few months, I am really upset with statement they explained one price and I got a greater cost. I had been billed to get a free support. The refund wasn't refined what else. I was informed by client solutions to create phone after-call to clear this issue after 5 calls I still did not understand what my statement was. You're informed you receive HBO, CELEBRITIES, SHOWTIME free for 3 months I had been billed in the beginning $35.00 I carefully got that acknowledged but I still need to spend the entire quantity of the statement. I simply desire to be launched type this agreement, free of charge in my experience in the end this I'd like out. I will delivered back equipment. I never had such issue with dishnetwork. I simply needed somebody to remain behind what state i do not require this actually month Please launch me for this.
