Their marketing was to change to Time-Warner and obtain $200.00 credit giftcard. Started up March 22 nowadays is July 21 and you know what no credit card. For weeks they've been informing me it had been being prepared also it might consider ten months in the period they obtained evidence that I changed (their 3rd part of the procedure). Evidence was shipped March 29th or more until nowadays they kept showing me these were running it and that I might obtain it around July 15th. Nowadays nevertheless no card and so I called back. Today they're showing me they produced my account May 15th but never obtained the "evidence" so that they cannot approach the state for that card. And oh incidentally the evidence was to become shipped in within thirty days of my switching to TWC. Which it had been however now that it's July and that I need to resend which is today handed the four weeks plus they cannot tell me when they may nevertheless recognize the change.
Also just so everybody knows the medical atanta containers they've wont use HD. Since I have changed I've had many technicians emerge becaus the container keeps pausing. The technicians are informing me it's a recognized problem, there's no-fix and Time-Warner is well-aware of the problem. Therefore not just am I out the 200.00 I also am spending money on providers that I can not use or may use a few of the period. I'm changing back to Meal.
