I had been named about my bill, I informed the individual I'd prefer to spend my bill, but at the moment my spouse and that I are not working. The lady explained to put on on. We settled that $50.00 on May 14th, within the phone. I named plus they explained there is nothing in computers or thier records concerning the $100.00 credit. That telephone call I acquired must have been recorded. She called me at 6:10 pm on May 10 and also the quantity she named from was 1-866-544-8416. Please help me out.
