I've no idea where directv gets off stating their number 1 in customer support. I've had only trouble. First, their support is just a joke. Every period I've had an issue (and there has been several) I can't-get touching anyone. I have been through 9 dvr boxes and 12 remotes. They actually delivered me a fresh Dvr container that didnot work on all. They have actually set costs on my statement which werenot actually mine after which claim with me, despite the fact that they've my consideration ripped on the pc and may notice i didnot owe that cost. They declare that despite the fact that they created the mistake-you continue to be accountable to pay for it.
