Added channels i didnt ask for refuse to credit account

Een customer since 2003. Direct television included many stations in march bill i didnt request and declined to credit consideration after I named condesending repetition and boss deserire... I'll examine different companys for greater service... My recommend "dont create my error avoid direct television... Worst customer support
