Worst company actually. Never very practical. Purchase on-demand, it never works. Package continuously fails. 4 years and 6 containers - hard if you have a complete time work. $150 monthly for this garbage support which is really a monopoly. If you're able to do something about Time-Warner Cable NY please support. They are doing nothing to assist you, rudest customer support imaginable, worst company imaginable. Fundamentally a robbery work. Can somebody begin a class-action suit?
