Direct tv customer support sucks. My only regret is there is no body to alert me about that organization. So listed here is my caution to all that's considering joining direct tv. The client support whenever you contact is rude for just one and also the issues they state or let you know is all lies, since whenever you receive the statement it is different things. The corporation intentionally blows your calls outofstate so that they do not have to cope with you locally. I am never likely to proceed with this specific organization ever agian. For several you people who is not followers give it a try. One last recommend "I Told You So."
