Comcast offers norton for free what a mistake it messed up my computer so bad that I actually went a bought a new one on hindsight i probably wouldn't have had to if in one of the numerous times i called comcast they would have just asked how was my service before norton and after since it was after i guess all i would have had to do was get rid of norton and use some other security program in talking to others, they really didnt have anything nice to say about norton so i guess free isn't always free
