Terrible customer support! Bought their DVD software online. After installing the program and getting the activation-code I began experiencing application mistakes immediately. I had been unable to enter the signal via “copy/paste” but needed to key in the signal one-letter/quantity at the same time. Wouldn’t be considered a biggy when the signal wasn’t 25 people long! The cursor might disappear after one mark. This pushed one to enter the smoothness, then click the container again, after which enter the following character prior to the cursor ticked out. After half an hour of looking to get the signal right, it excepted the signal and offered me complete entry. Got tired of it and bought AVS4YOU, completely better, completely more for the cash, and completely quality!
