Direct TV has got the toughest customer support of anybody. After I had my support put up I had been terminated on 4 occasions for insufficient equipment avaliable. 2 weeks later I finaly had television and was provided a $100 credit. I'd to contact them three times to really get that credit put on my bill.
After I moved my support to some new handle I had been billed a $50 transfer charge - my support was not able to be put up and 4 weeks later I'm still awaiting that $50 reimbursement.
