Unable to cancel service for deceased parents

On August 21 we attemptedto close-out the Meal support for my dead mom and dad-in law. We named and spoke to Lauren ZHT who offered us a FAx quantity for delivering a death certificate. We attempted the amount and may not effectively send the doc as their quantity wasn't getting, therefore we called back and were informed to send it, which we did. Additionally they delivered us one prepaid delivery container for 2 of the four satellite receivers. We named on around. September 4th to obtain another prepaid container for that additional two devices and were informed they didn't shut our consideration because they had no report of the death certificate on document.

At this time my spouse made a decision to challenge "the machine" once we had delivered one, and mentioned that no additional power needed a death certificate. She was handed around to three additional "customer support representatives" all chanting "deliver a death certification". We subsequently sent a duplicate on Sept 4th, and were effective, and also have a bill that it had been obtained at meal. I subsequently delivered an email towards the client help available through their site and requested for verification they'd obtained it and requested to get a minute prepaid delivery container so we're able to return the devices. Delivered by me: Tuesday, September 08-12:16 PM. As it happens the issue was together with your fax machine. I had been ready to obtain one through a week ago, having a backup of the death certificate attached. Please don't request a next backup. Please shut consideration - and deliver me another prepaid container for that additional two containers and controllers.

From Dish: Friday, September 04-11:14 PM. Expensive - , thanks for the mail. We do apologize for almost any trouble. Your documents demonstrate that people haven't obtained the death certificate however. Vanessa S. G5W

From me: thanks for the aid, Mounted On this email is just a 3rd backup of the death certificate. One was shipped on 8-26 pursuing our preliminary telephone call on July 24th, one was effectively faxed for you on 9-4, and today that one. From Dish: Dear Mr. Pike, thanks for the mail. We realize your disappointment and we do apologize for almost any trouble. You'll have to deliver the death certification towards the proper division.

I then sent a next backup of the death records towards the "proper division" and again obtained a delivery of my fax. I the telephone customer support to confirm they acquired it. They might not do this whilst the fax number is in a service not even close to customer care. This time around I had been ready to go over the specific situation at size when I eventually discovered somebody prepared to consider possession of the issue.
