We bought 19" TELEVISION 12/08, started producing unusual sounds & appeared to be 'caught' between on & down. Named the shop, offered a man the design# & set me on-hold 10 mins.) but was apologetic & stated the model isn't any longer accessible therefore take it in & we shall update it for you personally. My partner introduced it to shop (50 kilometers away) and 2 distinct cashiers stated may update it, simply need to get it authorized by supervisor. Supervisor arrived by & stated no update and my partner described the telephone discussion. The supervisor (who dismissed my spouse's demands for his title) stated can give credit for unique amt but need to spend the difference-even though that design was no more available. The supervisor was rude, ridiculous, elusive and egotistical. We shall never return to HH Greg, customers beware!
