Simply bought a telephone in the Ameritel shop in Lynbrook, NY. The telephone was faulty and also the shop representative stated that he might repair it by having an update. Well the update did not work. We desired to return the telephone but were compelled to pay for a $50 "restocking charge". Whenever we required to consult with who owns the shop, the worker named the dog owner who declined to talk to us. The worker subsequently stated "why must we've to cover this faulty telephone. You got exactly the same danger we did in buying this telephone." Whenever we requested for that owners title or some type of contact info for him, we were declined that data aswell. DON'T visit any Ameritel shop, particularly the main one in Lynbrook NY.in the place of likely to a certified store, visit a real T Mobile shop so there might be some type of responsibility.
