After a week and a half of getting our service connected, we were unable to change our plan that we were misinformed on. Furthermore, we have to pay a fee of $25 for them to come out and switch out the HD DVR for a standard receiver. Plus, advertised fees/costs are on a rebate basis and not automatically implemented into billing process.
The aforementioned rebates were not mentioned in the initial sign up process and will not be credited back to the account. Keep in mind, this is after less than 5 days of receipt of the first bill and service.
