Since we were shifting and hadnot selected a wire support, we place our service in "suspension" with Direct TV. Each month we acquired a credit. We started calling them in January where period we were informed that people had a credit. Within the weeks, we were informed four diverse tales, & most recently we were informed that people owed $200. We were disconnected whenever we requested to get a boss. We were also informed that the boss might contact us within 24 hours. L. That never happened.
Direct TV may be the toughest organization you can actually have for support. Contemplate various other organization that will be trusted and does not jerk their clients around like they did us.
