Gexa Energy is just a terrible electrical business. I've been together for around annually and that I have experienced to claim together continuously about my expenses the whole period. It began with changing my support in one condo to a different. I obtained a statement at my new apartment 4 weeks after shifting out-of my previous apartment declaring that I owed $150 from my last condo. I named their customer support and talked having a consultant who explained that my last statement was compensated entirely and that I did have something that was overdue. 2 weeks later I get another statement declaring that my energy support could be disconnected for overdue funds. I used 2 hours about the telephone having a consultant which was rude, condescending and reluctant to analyze my discussion using the consultant that explained I'd settled my last condo entirely. I requested to consult with a boss and was informed this 1 wasn't available. I recommended the consultant that I'd delay. That individual set me on-hold for around 10 units and stated that there have been no administrators there and all he might do was ahead me to an escalation que. I had been informed that the boss might contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I contended that there needed to be somebody there to keep in touch with me at this time and was informed "Yes, however they wont keep in touch with you, you have to delay". I eventually obtained a phone from the boss 24 hours later and had to recount my entire scenario since the prior consultant hadnot troubled to enter any records in to the program. I recommended the boss that I had been informed that used to donot owe something on my previous statement per among their reps. Evidently that repetition didnot enter any records possibly of her informing me that I didnot owe something. After investing another time about the telephone using the boss she ultimately decided to return and pay attention to the recorded discussion of the calls. 2 nights later I obtain a call-back from her informing that I had been informed by their consultant that used to donot owe something and all the boss agreed to me was a cost deferment program. I had been informed once they deferment funds were due. I settled each one of these promptly aside from the final that we composed the following month. A few months later I'm today being informed that I never settled my deferments promptly plus they do not have the records showing what I'd been informed from the boss. The consultant that I spoke to nowadays simply stated "oh, it appears like they simply did not bill you for this" After fighting together with her for an hour or so, I acquired no quality. She kept saying when my expenses were due and not straight answered my concerns.
Their billing methods are therefore complicated and questionable, they're legal. They're thus unbelievably complicated that everytime I call-in, it requires a consultant atleast 20 - half an hour to understand them. And they work-there!!! How are they permitted to simply randomly include costs to some statement they claim I owe from six months preceding after which not have the ability to show me why. Every consultant I talk to informs me different things and there's no responsibility for that items that they inform their clients. How is that this organization permitted to conduct business in this way. There must be some type of class-action suit from this organization due to their questionable and illegal payment methods.
I'll tell everybody I understand to remain from Gexa Energy since if their very own workers cannot determine their payment, how is just a normal client designed to understand them?
