Comcast service - Cable and Internet

I pay 130 a month for intermitent service on my high speed internet, and now my cable has been down again all day. It is almost impossible to get through to them on the phone, and their chat line has some guy from the Philipines answering questions, and he doesn't have a clue. I do not bundle services because I have heard that the phone service is a nighmare. I am looking into Direct TV and a different high speed internet service. A pain to switch everything, and I had hoped Comcast would change their tune, but they NEVER seem to get any better. The just apoligize and take your money. They offer to prorate the bill, but they never do. I agree - THE worse company out there for service, and most of the techs know about as much as my dog. Press 1 for English.
