My spouse and that I named to stop our Direct TV consideration. We named in May and today in July we're receiving overdue charges. Whenever we named about these bills, we were informed, first-our consideration was terminated plus they didn't realize why we were receiving bills. They offered us to a different division in which a idiot from the title of Benjamin advised us that due to a difference with my spouse when she named in-may, our termination wasn't total which today we owe $117.00. After heading models with Benjamin he switched us to Robin, who had been atleast only a little calmer concerning the scenario. Robin proceeded to try and show us why among their workers informed us our consideration was shut but another informed us that people owe them cash. Nicely to express minimal Iam pissed using the entire point and need to alert anybody who employs them to actually cross-your Tis and dot your Iis when deleting their solutions. Truly disappointed.
