I've been a faithful client of Columbia Home for quite some time, having a big purchase background and flawless cost report. On Wedenesday, June 24, I named the Business's DVD customer support centre to discover why I'd ceased getting their regular emails. The very first phone repetition I talked with was not able to provide me a definite solution, therefore I requested to talk to a real supervisor, who had been among the rudest people I Have ever handled. I actually donot remember whether she offered me her title, but she seemed African American, and also the phone was approximately 2: thirty and 3:00 P.M. Pst. From here on, I'll make reference to this customer support supervisor whilst the CSM.

The CSM told me the reason behind my discontinued E-messages was that my consideration have been completely shut. Surprised to understand this, I instantly questioned why, to which she responded "it had been a company choice." I stated "what type of company choice?", to which she stated "That Is all of the info I will provide you with." I instantly questioned why I had been never informed of the by any means, to which she stated within an harsh, arrogant words: "We'renot approved to inform you SOMETHING. We arrange the best to stop a personis account any moment we desire, and it is not our spot to let you know why. If this solution is undesirable for you, you'll have to publish your criticism written down." I had been so ashamed at this time, that I finished the phone call immediately, and allow this lady understand what I considered her and Columbia Home.

Who do these folks believe they're, managing clients in this way? They simply randomly throw them out, after which intimidate them once they please request a reason? So far as Iam worried, this type of firm does not deserve to stay company, and I'll visit whatever steps I've to to allow my speech be found out about this. I will just speculate just how many additional faithful, good customers-they've handled in this way. Even when they've a justification to shut a person's consideration through no-fault of the own, minimal they are able to do is talk it for them. If they cannot take this easy courtesy, theyare not certified as people, also it truly disappoints me that my account needs to be finished on this type of awful notice, since I truly loved being together for such a long time.
