We settled on Feb bill through our online-banking by having an ACH money. Timewarner stated they did not obtain it and we actually had evidence from our lender plus they wont take it. They need a duplicate of the terminated check however they cannot understand that ACH credit purchases don't have ended checks! Exactly what a fraud! We are processing a scam problem.
