Harassing Phone Calls

I obtain atleast 8 telephone calls every day from the Meal Network telemarketer in the telephone number: (607) 330-5666. It's usually exactly the same man... Same feature. I tell him that I currently use Dish Network. I've applied it for 8 years which I'd like him to take-me off any phone lists he's. He still calls every single day.
