Watch out for by using this company for almost any repairs!!! I applied e-commerce since Magnavox/Phillips suggested them. They acquired my tv on 1/29 for repairs which were to consider 11/14 days. Below it's 3/21 and that I don't possess the tv. I've named them numerous occasions also it appears they never exist during business hours like a concept device occurs... They don't return calls and also the occasions I've spoken to somebody, they never understand whats going on and certainly will move the concept on towards the operator Edwin Herrera. Mr. Herrera has named me-only twice within this time period and that I obtain the run-around concerning the standing of my Television-only reasons.
