DVD's are poor quality & copyright infringment

I accept whatever you people. They're con artists. I requested Third Watch DVD established & the image qualify is extremely bad & bootlegged from Television stations i.E. A&E, TV14 etc. CaN't locate handle or telephone # on the site. I want I'd have read this site before purchasing. Their DVDis were delivered from China without any return address.
