I requested 2 total models of DVDis from World DVD— they didn't function. I had been said to be ready to come back them within 15 times, but there is no handle. I believe these were delivered to me from China. Our e-mails have gone unanswered and there's no phone number to contact. Our next thing would be to contact the BBB.
